Support call retriever

The support call retriever got a makeover supporting email templates and support call templates.

You now will be needing support call templates to work with the retriever. IT will give you a lot more flexibility on how calls are created when it is being retrieved from a mailbox. Existing retrievers will automatically migrate to a new support call template.

Also, the auto reply on success section has been updated. Now you will be able to select an e-mail template which you can use to send to the customer when a new call is added or when an event is added to an existing support call. This way you can send different information when an event was added or when an entirely new call was created. Tags are supported from the retriever as well using the e-mail templates. When you were already using a support call retriever the contents of that section will be migrated to a new e-mail template.
