Customer Requests

Here you will find the various customer requests we have included in this release.

We have added the ability to also quickly export support calls from the related support call tab within the support call form.

It was quite hard to distinguish between products when looking for them in our portal. To make it a lot easier to find the product you are looking for, a description was added in the results and added it to the criteria in portal

Additional columns for support call events

In the Support Call event find form and the support call event grid four additional columns have been added.

  • Billable
  • Time Spent
  • Extra Time
  • Total Time

Added activate/deactivate button on import items.

When you work a lot with imports and you configure them a lot it is quite cumbersome to activate and deactivate them. For this reason, we included a separate button for this in the import managers.

Support call notification trigger “assign any user”.

The option to notify specific users has been with us for quite some time the support call notification, but the trigger that will notify when the call is assigned to any user is now finally available. Now it does not matter to whom it gets assigned, as soon as the call gets assigned to a user it can trigger a notification which will notify that user.

Support call notification screen redesign

The support call notification screen has been getting new features every release and with every new feature the screen got more overpopulated. We have separated the screen in different tabs to be able to keep a better and cleaner overview. Below you can see the tabs mentioned, Criteria, Recipients and Notification Message.

Materials filtering and price overrides in activities and appointments.

When adding materials to a task or appointment it is now possible to automatically filter on the related context which will prevent you to get a lot of materials that do not apply to the selected context. Also you are able to prevent users to alter the price, when the product used in material, has the option “Allow Price overrides” set to False. This option can be found on the financials tab.
