Clientele ITSM Portal¶
This chapter gives an overview of the System Requirements, needed for the latest Clientele ITSM Portal installation.
Sharepoint support
The ITSM Portal does not support Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010/ WSS3.0.
Web server requirements¶
ITSM Portal is a product designed for use with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013. Please make sure that all the latest service packs are installed.

Database server requirements¶
SharePoint uses an internal database that is based upon SQL Server; it is possible to install the SharePoint databases on an existing SQL Server installation instead of using the internal database. The Clientele ITSM Portal does not use a separate database. To be able to work with the portal a connection with the Clientele ITSM Server has to be made. For database requirements of Clientele ITSM we refer to the specific Clientele ITSM Installation guide.
Client requirements¶
The Clientele ITSM Portal content on Microsoft SharePoint supports the following browsers:
- Microsoft Edge (latest released version and immediate previous version).
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or newer.
- Mozilla Firefox (latest released version and ESR version).
- Google Chrome (latest released version).
