Clientele ITSM Performance¶
This chapter gives an overview of the System Requirements, needed for the latest Clientele ITSM Performance installation.
System Requirements¶

| Database | Microsoft SQL Server® 2014/2016 Enterprise Edition with latest service packs and updates. |
The following components of SQL Server® need to be installed.
- MS SQL Server 2014/2016 Enterprise Edition Database Engine
- MS SQL Server 2014/2016 Enterprise Edition Analysis Services
- MS SQL Server 2014/2016 Enterprise Edition Integration Services
- Optional (but recommended) MS SQL Server 2014/2016 Enterprise Edition Reporting Services
Tip
The instance of SQL Server® used for Clientele ITSM Performance cannot be case-sensitive. All of the above components need to be installed on the computer where the installation is started from. Only the Clientele ITSM SQL Server databases can be installed on another computer.
Clientele ITSM Performance Client Requirements¶
The client requirements for a Clientele ITSM Performance client machine are not different than for a client machine running a Clientele ITSM client. If you use Microsoft Excel as a front-end tool for the Clientele ITSM Performance OLAP cubes, we recommend upgrading to Microsoft Excel® 2007 (or higher), since this version of Excel provides a much richer UI for OLAP cubes and supports KPI usage as well.
