Clientele ITSM Suite¶
This chapter describes the system requirements for the latest Clientele ITSM.
Windows Terminal Server
The use of Windows Terminal Server is also supported. Please contact your supplier for more details on how to proceed with a client installation using Windows Terminal Server.
Database Server Requirements (on-premise)¶
The database server requirements are:

| Hard disk space | Depends on anticipated amount of data. Recommended at least 6 GB. |
| Operating system | Windows 2012R2, 2016 and 2019 Server with the latest service packs and updates. Supported editions: Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter both x86 and x64. |
| Database | Microsoft SQL Server® 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2019 with the latest service packs and updates. Supported editions are Standard, Enterprise and Developer both x86 and x64. |
Important
- Must have the Data Base Engine and Full-Text Search component installed. If you choose the typical setting during the SQL Server installation, Data Base Engine and Full-Text Search is installed.
- The instance of SQL Server used for Clientele ITSM cannot be case-sensitive
- Required software Microsoft .NET Framework Redistributable 3.5 SP1, .NET Framework 4.
Web Server Requirements¶
The web server requirements are:

| Required software | Microsoft .NET Framework Redistributable 3.5 SP1, .NET Framework 4., Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or later. |

When installing Internet Information Services (IIS) on Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, Windows 7, 8 or 10 make sure that the following features are installed:

Client Requirements¶
The recommended client requirements are:

| Operating system | Windows 7 and 8 (Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate) on 32 or 64 bits systems - with the latest service packs and updates. Windows 10 (Professional, Enterprise) 64 bits - with the latest service packs and updates. |
| Required software | Microsoft .NET Framework Redistributable 4, Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or later, MAPI-compliant e-mail program – Microsoft Outlook recommended (for sending e-mails from Clientele ITSM). |

Clientele ITSM and Exchange Synchronization Requirements¶
In order to be able to use the synchronization functionality between Clientele ITSM and Microsoft Exchange, Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online are supported.
